Telok Mariam
Telok Mariam is a huge southwestern bay in Pulau Aur. There are tales existing that there is a Ming wreck lying at about 10 meters off Telok Mariam. Being in shallow water, no hint of it is left for exploration.
The diving season begins in the later days of February and ends in early November. At the beginning and end of the diving season, currents are usually rough and these times are best to look for manta rays and whale sharks that are become frequent.
